The laser energy heats up the hair follicle destroying the root of the hair in it’s active growth phase. It works amazingly well!

It feels like a rubber band snap. It is minimal pain that is only felt at the moment the laser is pulsing. You will not have any lasting pain after treatment.

A minimum of 6 treatments are necessary for the average person. From there it can vary depending upon age, heredity and hormone issues.

The hair that has been destroyed by the laser will not regrow. However it does not mean your body cannot ever produce another hair follicle. After completing treatments most people see minimal regrowth and may come in for an occasional touch up treatment.

YES. Because we have the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus laser. It is safe for all skin types I-VI.

Any area can be treated provided that the hair in the area has enough thickness and pigment. Light colored hairs like blonde, red, white or gray cannot be treated with the laser.

You must shave the area within 1-2 days prior to coming in for treatment. You cannot be using antibiotics or Retin-A for 7 days prior to treatment. You cannot be actively tanning or using sunless tanning lotions on the area being treated.

No laser hair removal cost has come down significantly over the years. It is now only a little more expensive than waxing, and your hair can be gone permanently!  For your convenience we offer both per visit and package pricing. For example, a single treatment on the upper lip is only $35. Receive a discount for purchasing a package, 6 treatments for the upper lip are only $180.
